Consultation

To gain a better idea of your immigration options, or to have some of your specific questions addressed, schedule a consultation with us today.

During the meeting, we will discuss with you directly to learn more about your circumstances, unique goals and needs, and evaluate your options within the Canadian immigration framework. At the end of the consultation, we aim to identify the best immigration pathway for you, answer specific questions or concerns you may have about the process, and detail for you the most appropriate next steps to take.

Consultations are scheduled in 1-hour time blocks. The fee is CAD $150.00 (+ 5% GST), and can be held via Zoom.

Full Representation

Applying for immigration and citizenship can be a stressful process. Navigating the often changing eligibility and application requirements, understanding the applicable laws and policies, and even combing through the various webpages of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) website can be a headache. Our Full Representation service offering aims to alleviate this stress.

By opting for Full Representation, and hiring us as your Authorized Representative on an application, we will take the reins and manage your immigration process with you from start to finish. Recognizing this as a role that carries great responsibility and trust, we will help:

  • assess your eligibility and ensure the correct immigration program is selected for you, based on your needs and circumstance;

  • detail the process for you so you have a sense of what to expect moving ahead;

  • assist you with gathering and compiling the necessary information and documentation;

  • prepare and submit the application on your behalf to the appropriate authority; and

  • monitor the application’s processing and provide you with updates, until a final decision has been reached.

We will liaise with the immigration authorities on your behalf throughout the entire process, and be your trusted advocate and confidante from start to finish.

Application Review

It is not a requirement from IRCC to use an authorized representative, such as a RCIC or an immigration lawyer, on your immigration application. Some clients feel confident in compiling and submitting their own paperwork and representing themselves, and we celebrate this!

However, we understand that an application to IRCC may be one of the most complex and important applications you submit; one which carries real-world consequences for you and your loved ones. For this reason, we offer our Application Review service - think of it like sending your ‘rough draft’ to a ‘proof-reader’ for their professional input and feedback, before you submit your ‘final draft’ to IRCC.

An Application Review might be a great fit for you if:

  • you do not want to hire an authorized representative to compile, submit, and monitor your paperwork.

  • you feel confident in the application you are putting forward to IRCC, but would like a ‘second set of eyes’ to review what you have put together before you submit.

  • you are looking for written feedback that comprehensively details what you have done properly in your application, and what is missing or requires updates.

  • you are looking for a solution-focused option for your application that feels professional, but cost effective.
